A Hand Up, Not A Handout
Rural Alberta is personal to me. I’m third generation here. My grandfather worked in the mines at Nordegg, then settled near Spedden, Alberta, where he ploughed the fields and built a life. Nearly a century later, my cousin still lives there.
I believe in independence, hard work and helping your neighbour when you can. Some of us need a hand up, not elbows up. This rate is one small way I can help a few rural Alberta businesses get over a hump without turning a modest project into a major expense.
There is no application and no qualification process. I only want to take on projects I can believe in, where I believe my experience can make a real impact, and only when my regular schedule leaves enough room to do the work properly.
